dear sir
i want to know that is there any compulsion on due of expenses . i know a entity which due there exp. on year end althought it pay its exp. monthly .

If bill is received and payment is made on monthly basis then such expenses should be booked on monthly basis only.

expenses these relatd to the last year but on date of balance sheet bill not recd. then we take provision for that.
