Compliance of annual return filing

01 July 2014 I want to comply for annual returns of financial year 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13. How much is the fees payable for various forms like 20B, 23AC & 23 ACA ? I searched a lot but as the fee calculator is not working on mca portal, I am unable to know the details. Please help. Its urgent.

19 July 2024 Penalty under Section 403:
Section 403 of the Companies Act, 2013 deals with the penalties for late filing of documents.
If a company fails to file its annual return or financial statements within the due date, it may attract penalties.
The penalties increase with the duration of delay, and they are imposed in addition to the normal filing fees.
