Compliance of annual return filing

I want to comply for annual returns of financial year 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13. How much is the fees payable for various forms like 20B, 23AC & 23 ACA ? I searched a lot but as the fee calculator is not working on mca portal, I am unable to know the details. Please help. Its urgent.

Penalty under Section 403:
