Plz guide me can a CA issue compliance certificate as amended by Companies Act, 2013.

For the FY 2012-13 he can not issue Compliance Certificate.

As per under new Companies Act, 2013 the provision are not still applicable so wait and watch for rule which will be going to applicable in few days.

26 October 2013 Currently a chartered accountant is not authorised to issue compliance certificate.
In future as well there are zero chances for chartered accountants to get the authority to issue compliance certificate as the same is totally different area.

However wait for the final rules of Companies Act, 2013.

26 October 2013 Thanks Sir, But i come to know as per companies act,2013 a CA can issue compliance certificate.
Pls guide me after adequate research.

26 October 2013 In New Companies the provision of Compliance Certificate has not been provided as given in section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956.

The word Secretarial Audit has been replaced by the term Compliance Certificate.
