Compliance certificate issue

Plz guide me can a CA issue compliance certificate as amended by Companies Act, 2013.

For the FY 2012-13 he can not issue Compliance Certificate.
As per under new Companies Act, 2013 the provision are not still applicable so wait and watch for rule which will be going to applicable in few days.
In future as well there are zero chances for chartered accountants to get the authority to issue compliance certificate as the same is totally different area.
However wait for the final rules of Companies Act, 2013.

The word Secretarial Audit has been replaced by the term Compliance Certificate.
