Hi guys please let me know that what was the limit of paid up share capital required for a company to be issued a compliance certificate in the year 2001?

Rs. 10 lakhs since proviso to section 383A imposing compliance certificate and limit is inserted in the statute w.e.f 13/12 2000 through Co's (Amendment) Act,2000.
