Compliance back date signature

15 January 2015 For a Private Limited Company, Annual Filling compliance(Form-66)is due for filling since March 2010, and now to update directors want to fill all pending FORMS.

Now I want to know can a CS, sign the Compliance Certificate (back dated) as

for March 2010 - signing date - 24/08/2010
for March 2011 - signing date - 26/08/2011
for March 2012 - signing date - 27/08/2012
for March 2013 - signing date - 24/08/2013
for March 2014 - signing date - 26/08/2014

Is there any low violence, would company face any problems in future...for this back dated signature.

15 January 2015 Truly speaking there is NO such concept of BACK dated signature. From a GOOD governance point of view, one should NEVER even dream of any back date signing....especially for those who were probably SLEEPING for these many number of years,,,

Let the fine be paid and that is how the compliance can be made

I am ready to pay for late fine as ROC FILLING FEE..

But my question is about HARD COPY (which is attached with FORM-66) TO BE SIGNED BY COMPANY SECRETARY...on the above mentioned date..

15 January 2015 That is what I am insisting....

Put the date on which you complete the Compliance....

If today is the day you completed the compliance, put today's date.
