Completion certificate

This query is : Resolved

15 January 2015 i want to know in builder cases completion certificate by an architect is valid and acceptable or it should be given by competent government authority?

15 January 2015 for 80Ib.... the completion certificate as contemplated in the income tax act, is the one issued by the Corporation/Municipality or the like authority.

For bank loan etc, some banks rely upon the architect's certificate

15 January 2015 but which one required for service tax and vat liability

15 January 2015 in both the cases "handing over the possession" plays a crucial role....as the BUILDER wont allow you the possesion unless all the DUES are paid.....

No need in bargaining about the completion certificate with BUILDER...
