state govt aquired our client land and give compensation 2 crore..as per they only deduct tds 20 lak..
it is exemption from tax???,
if yes u/s 10 can we claim that tds or we need to pay tax from our hand???,,

you have to calculate capital gain as per income tax law and pay bal. liability after deduct the TDs amount
