Whether in the exam of Corporate laws,whether comparative type questions will be asked? (as to companies Act 2013 v/s companies Act 1956)Because the study material contains both new and old provisions of the Act.

Normally NO. Such types of question are destined to be asked in the papers of Legal History and not in Corporate law.
