Does we have to compulsorily do annual filing for FY 2018-19 before filing STK-2 ....? where it is written in law to complete annual filing ....?

* In the present scheme ,NO where it is mentioned that annual filing need not be updated.

* In earlier schemes , there is a mention that no need to update.

02 May 2019 Dear Sir, We have to attach statement of assets and liabilities in STK-2. We also have to extinguish/pay off all liabilities. Company has many liabilities but no cash and bank balance. Can we take NOC/affidavit from creditors that they had waived off their amounts...?
