I would like to know what will be the difference in tax for a company in any service field that is incorporated in India and having its operations in India and a company incorporated in another country, say, Mauritius, but having its operations in India? For eg, A company is incorporated in India and is in the tourism sector. It has a taxable income of Rs. 30 lakhs. B company is registered in Mauritius but is in to tourism operations in India and that company also got a taxable income of Rs. 30 lakhs. What would be the tax liability of both companies?
