my sister registered herself in 12 april 2010, in company secretary course (executive ) please tell, can she will registered herself in aptech course, because her one module is examination held in december 2010?

she already done one year diploma another institute, in 1999-2000,
what is procedure now?
can she again do this aptech course ?

15 April 2010 you can send application for Exemption for computer course to ICSI Delhi. for further detail you can see icsi website - https://www.icsi.edu/
