14 November 2009 There is a partnership firm with 2 partner and one of the partner left/dies, then in that case within how much time there must be an inclusion of partner to continue the firm??????

14 November 2009 The inclusion should be before the date of leaving/death. Other wise the firm will stand dissolved.
