is estamp mandatory for new company or can pay manual charges?

20 January 2011 e-form 1, e-form 18 and e-form 32 for Pvt ltd companies.
E stamping is mandatory for almost all states. List of states to which applicable and the payment process can be known from https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/eStamp/List_state.html

20 January 2011 The following are the forms to be filed :-

e Form 1
e form 18
e Form 32.

In addition to the above , the following are also required.

Power of Attorney with requisite value of stamp duty

Declaration from the Proposed Directors about their qualification,disqualification and the consent to act as directors.

In most of the states , the stamp duty in respect of MOA , AOA & Form 1 needs to be paid electronically only.

21 January 2011 You have to attach the following documents to Form 1.

1) Memorandum of Association duly signed and witnessed.
2) Articles of Association duly signed and witnessed.
3) Name approval letter received from ROC.
4) Power of Attorney in favour of the authorised representative of the company.

Form 32, you have to attach consent of directors, if it's a public limited company. No need in case of a private limited company.
