08 June 2010 whether a private company with 1 lac authorized captial can contain in his name Word "India (P) limited"...???? will MCA give approval proposed name containing Word XYZ Consltancy India (P) ltd...?

If you want to use the word India being the first word of the company Name then Minimum authorised capital requirement is Rs. 50 lakhs

If you want to use the word India within the company name (with or without brackets) then Minimum authorised capital requirement is Rs. 5 lakh.

Paid up capital may be Rs. 1 lakh for your private company.

which word can not be accepted in company name when share captial is RS.1 or 2 lac in case of private company???pls tell in explain...

09 June 2010 With capital of Rs. 1-2 lacs, the word 'India' will not be approved by the MCA. The minimum authorised capital has to be Rs. 50 lacs, as stated above by Ankur.
