16 March 2016 hello experts, my bro has a software company in Hyderabad. he is not maintaining the main branch in Hyderabad at all. but he has started the same company in Vijayawada as branch. so what he need to do. please give a clarity

17 March 2016 Either maintain Registered Office at Hyderabad or change the address of registered office from Hyderabad to Vijayawada.

17 March 2016 if they will not maintain main branch, is there any problem? is they need to take permission from any authority to maintain branch in different state? pls give me a clarity
