03 April 2015 Dear Experts,
Are there any amendments in companies act,2013 for may 2015..I had been to a crash course for law subject and they told me that there are no changes in companies act for may 2015..only those 98 sections which were applicable for Nov 2014 are applicable for may 2015 too..i am confused..please let me know if there are any changes for may 2015..thanku in advance..

03 April 2015 Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May 2015 examinations. See below links for detail notifications:

09 April 2015 Dear Experts,
According to the link provided above it says that there are changes in c law for may 2015..but sir I have downloaded the ICAI LAW study material which is relevant for may 2015..and what I noticed is that there are no changes in the current study material when compared to the previous study material which was relevant for Nov 2014..if there are changes in c law then how could both the study materials contain the same matter..please solve my query..thanku in advance..

09 April 2015 check the study material date.. and its print version dear... it may b old one.. but i think all amendements wil b surely applicable..

12 April 2015 Thanku Ankit Bohra sir and Sanjay Gupta sir for responding to my query..Ankit Bohra Sir I have downloaded it from the ICAI website where it was clearly mentioned that this study material is applicable for may 2015..as I also have the last year study material with me I was able to notice that both the materials contain the same matter..
