17 February 2015 sir , what is the procedure for change of name of director of a company .for example 'X" company has a director having the name ram laxman but he want to change as laxman.so whAt is the procedure for that???.

is it same like a change of director of a company or easlse it's different to that procedure ??

18 February 2015 it depends whether the company is changing the name voluntarily or due to orders given by the Central Govt. if it is due to the order then only Board resolution is required and and otherwise it is done with the discretion of members of the company and not like change in directors of the company

18 January 2016 For change of details of director you need to file the following form to mca 21 :
E - form DIR-6 is required to be filled to pursuant to rule 12(1) of the companies act(appointment and qualification of directors)rules,2014
the supporting documents attached shall be self attested by the applicant.
