class meeting which are held by holders of a particular class of share.... there are required to pass any resolution????

Yes, if they have pass any agenda items then it is required to maintain the minutes accordingly.

agreed with Ajay Sir. It is but normal that meetings is called for deciding upon something. Therefore, most probably there would be some resolution to pass.
