helo can any one answer me...
if there is pcs working in one pvt. limited and they r appointing another one as his pcs then any form should be filled or any declaration from old pcs to be taken?

Yes it is required to intimate old PCS about your appointment. It is the duty of PCS. Please read CS Regulations.

No there is no form of intimation. It is intimation to PCS and NOT ROC.
