What can be the defenses given by director in form 23 AC if the auditor has made of remarks in the auditor report for non compliance of accounting standard 15.

Be practical and friendly with Auditors rather than to think of any defense while e-filing Form 23AC.
Sit on a 'friendly table' with your Auditor and get the Report Changed by negotiating his/her adverse remarks on AS 15.
