Is there any provision to find out DIN number of the director if issued to him previously and he did not get it due to certain reason? On filing of the new DIN application the message was displayed on MCA portal that DIN application with same date of birth, pan and first name was previously made and mca has issued provisional number now.

No, MCA has not provided such kind of facility to know the DIN of the person.
You can mail DIN cell the details of the person they can provide the same, if possible.

If we have applied second time with the same details, is it possible that MCA personals will mail the original DIN allotted to the person with the rejection of second application?

No, they will not send you you original DIN. Please check the mail of DIN applicant. The DIN cell have send the mail at the time of first application for DIN.
