Force Transfer And Blank Transfer

Blank transfer was in swing in the non d mat shares. Even today, in pvt ltd companies the shares are transferred through the transfer form. The details of this form are not filled and hence known as blank transfer. Forced transfer is one which is done so at the instance of some external agency... say court... police dept and so on
