Sir please tell me of how many companies a person become a director

As of Now the limit is 15 excuding the directorship in Pvt ltd company.

A person cannot hold office at the same time as director in more than fifteen companies excluding a private companies which is not subsidiary or holding company of a public company, and unlimited company, an association not for profit and a company which such person is only an alternative director (sec. 275 and 278).
