26 June 2013 If tax audit is applicable after completion of tax audit..

if tax audit not applicable after statutory audit ...

ITR 6 wil be applicable

due date is 30th september 2013

26 June 2013 ITR 6 still not available on Income Tax website. Expected to be available in July.

Due date of filing IT Return for company is 30th September.
