I RECEIVE SOME REMARKS IN FORM INC-7, INC-22 IN INCORPORATE A COMPANY LIKE -WITNESS IS NOT COMPLETE AS PER NEW RULES, HINDI AFFIDAVIT HAS NOT BEEN SCANNED, CLAUSE II OF MOA SHOULD BE IN THE STATE OF HARYANA, THE NAME HAS BEEN APPROVED BY STP MODE AND OBJECTS TOTALLY MISMATCH WITH THE NAME. SO WE MAY ASK THE CO. TO CHANGE THE NAME WITHIN 2 MONTHS. I AM NOT UNDESTAND THESE ERROR. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIME (3 DAYS)TO DELHI ROC NO 011-26235704 BUT NO BODY HELP ME AND PICK MY PHONE .PLEASE TELL ME DETAIL OF ERROR OTHERWISE I AM NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD FORM. AFTER SOME TIME MY FORM WILL BE REJECTED. PLEASE GIVE ME DETAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR SCAPE THE REJECTION

1. Witness to the MOA and AOA has to write above his/her name and address the following sentences.
'I witness the above .... subscribers who have subscribed and signed in my presence on the ...day of .....2014 at...... Further, I have verified their identity details for their identification and satisfied myself of their identification particulars as filled in ".
2. If the subscribers have written and signed in HINDI, an affidavit in Hindi has to be filed stating that they didn't know English and the contents of the MOA and AOA has been read and explained by the witness and that they are signing the MOA and AOA as per their free will and not under undue influence or coercion of any body else.
3. Clause II of the MOA should be as follows:-
" The Registered office of the company will be situated in the state of HARYANA.
Please do the corrections as above and resubmit the forms. On approval, with in 2 months, apply for name change so as to match with the main objects given in MOA.
