Is it necessary to file DIN-4 even when the PAN or any other details have not changed of a director?
Following error came up when i filed form 1,18 and 32 -- "The DIN/PAN entered for director upon signing of Eform does not correspond to the DSC affixed"
Is it necessary to file DIN-4 even when the PAN or any other details have not changed of a director?

If PAN number is not given in DIN-1, DIN-4 filing is mandatory.

Then no need of DIN-4.

What should i do for that error now sir?

Once again check the name of the DSC holder through programmes --> e token --> e token properties and see whether matches with DIN/PAN.

one thing i found out that last name in DIN/PAN is Rathore but in DSC it is RATHORE( i.e. written in caps lock). Is this can be a problem?
