Dear All Experts,
I have filed form INC-1 for name of the company and approved it. But I have mentioned wrong name of the second director in form INC. Can I change the name of director at the filing company formation docs i.e. DIR-12 for appointment.

Yes just take a NOC From director whoes name.ypu mention wrongly amd.appoint.new person by giving his name in imc-7 & dir-12. I wrote.article on this
