can a company form for only purpose of dealing in securities of other body corporate? if so which kind of company is it?

It seems you are talking about an Investment company (NBFC) involved in buying and selling of securities. You have to take RBI approval for incorporating such company. I would suggest you to hire the services of a professional firm of CS or CA for incorporation of such company.
