24 May 2014 Thanks a lot Chackrapani Sir.. Yes as u said there is limitation period of 20 years in section 560(6) of The Companies Act 1956..

However here in this case the Directors (who are also the shareholders) of the Company which has been struck off now want to start a new company in the same name.. Will that be possible ?
