I am a ca ipcc student and got a project of creating a pvt ltd company through my sources.
I wanted to know can I construct the company on my own or professional help of a ca or cs is compulsory as I already know all the provision and requirements of same

any professional help is mandatory because he only can attest forms 18,32,and MOA,AOA forms
