A company had taken a c.c loan 6 lacs. The company closed the loan a/c and bank gave n.o.c certificate .which form ll be fill in ROC?at time of taken loan company filled charge with form chg-1.

For satisfaction of charge you have to file form CHG-4 within 30 days of satisfaction of loan.
