some of the sections of company act 1956 are as it is
(no change) in company act 2013. so while writing such sections what is to be written? as per company act 1956 or 2013?

If it is among the notified Sections applicable for Nov 2014 exams then write as per the Companies Act 2013 otherwise write as per the Companies Act 1956.

Entire Companies Act 1956 has not been repealed till date. So I would suggest you to see what is applicable to your exam attempt.
In case need arise to quote a section which is not applicable to your attempt but notified under Companies act 2013, you can quote the section of Companies act 1956.
