diff b/w form 67 & 68 for company formation

With effect from 15th of January 2009 a new form 67 will be available on the http://www.mca.gov.in, which is the form
for filing the addendum, we generally file the addendum of the forms which exceed the size but now we will have to file
a new form 67 in place of addendum.The addendum is only for giving user clarification for corrections or rectifications of filed documents not for increased size.
Form-68 is a form required to be submitted for correction/ rectification of mistake in incorporation documents which has already submitted with MCA.
