WHAT ARE THE RATES OF REMUNERATION TO DIRECTOR APPLICABLE FOR IPCC MAY 2012 EXAM

There is no specific rates for payment of remuneration to directors for a particular examination. The amount payable to the directors are as per the companies act and in the companies act maximum amount or % is given. In my opinion in recent there is no change in the companies act so go with the rates applicable in the last examination
