Dear Concern,
In the terms of regulation 17 of companies regulations 1956, the form filed like 1, 18, 32 were marked for re-submission. But these are not filed on time and after that the name of the company is not shown on mca site. Now what actions are to be required. Please suggest. Is it possible to get the same companies registered again by any extension granted for re-submission?

The said forms has to be e-filed afresh ,with fees,if time permitted to incorporate the company is not exhausted.
