07 March 2014 shall Company annual account been prepared according to companies act, 2013 or as per companies act, 1956? Pls help.

10 March 2014 if the companies act or section 92 of the companies act gets enforced in the next financial year before the date of your AGM then then it will be as per the new act or as per the old act only.
