Hello everyone,
I want to know whether i need to learn all the definitions given under section 2 (clause 1-95)of companies act 2013 for nov 2014 ipcc exam.
I read somewhere that definitions shall not be asked but i'm not able to recall where i read it. Is it really so ?? Can anyone help ??
