form 23b -intimation by the auditor to ROC regarding his appointment is not available

Dear Mahesh,
Form 23B has been discontinued by MCA. Now no form available for this purpose.
Further most of the e-forms has been introduced and working now. almost 75% work is going on under new act 2013.
However MCA through its circular no. 8/2014 has instructed to do annual filing as per CA 1956 and that is the reason form 23AC and 23ACA and form 20B still available.

thanks ankur and sanjay.what are the forms and documents required to submit by the pvt ltd company to ROC after incorporation as per companies act 2013. our client company incorporated on 29-4-2013 having authorized capital of 500000.auditor is not appointed till now. what are the statutory compliances, we have to satisfy now.please help in this regard
