whether companies act 2013 is applicable for may 2014 exams?

There are high chances that it will be made applicable in june 2014 exam but wait for few days icai will notify on its website.

icai clarified recently that new companies act 2013 is not applicable for may 2014 exams for ca final and ipcc levels
