Communication on arrear demand

I have recd mail from intimations@cpc.gov.in which states that
" Please find attached intimation under section 245 of arrear demand payable by you under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961."
There is an attcahment which says that i have to pay approx RS 12000/- and no calculation for the same has been given i that mail/ attachment.
I have filed IT return with refund of Rs 1300/- and have also checked my form 16 A which states that my salary was hardly 1.6 lac p.a during that assesment year of 2007-08.
Kindly help how do i go about this notice

You could login in to your account on www.incometaxindia.gov.in.. under my account you can make request for intimation under section 143(1).. it shall have the complete details...
