Please let me know whether Common seal is mandatory fr company or normal rubber stamp will do.

In normal course of business and routine business transactions normal rubber stamp is enough. However for transaction specified in articles of association use of common seal is mandatory. So kindly refer your articles of association for exact use of common seal.
Some time bank insist to use common seal for transactions like loan etc.

Companies (Amendment ) Act, 2015 had made it optional for the companies have the Common Seal. Only Certain important documents such as share certificate and authorisation to any person to act as attorney of the company. Apart from this, article of a company may also require for certain other documents to be under common seal. Otherwise, you can use rubber stamp.
