We receive Commission from Foreign Company in foreign currency against Orders booked in india, we need to know what documents against such commission need to maintain to comply with FAMA/RBI regulation, if any

it seems that you are SERVICE PROVIDER.
hence get the FIRC from your banker and submit on RBI.
