18 December 2009 any person earned commision from land selling. can he show his income under head of Salary or Income from other sources ?

18 December 2009 If your business is not as land sellor then you have to filed your return of business and inthat return you have to add the amount of commission income with the head of income from other sources.
if you are earning these commission as your profession then you have to file ITR-4 as business/profession income.
pls note that commission is not if seperatly earn called salary income
