What the basic difference between Banking and non- banking company?plz tell me the differences in headings..

Banking Company & Non Banking Company are two different Comapnies.
NonBanking Companies cannot issue Cheques cannot provide Banking failities as normal Banking Companies.
Non Bank.Co. can only lend loans & accept deposits.
