The required quorum is not present within 30 minutes of the scheduled time for holding of AGM. Advise with help of relevant provisions of the companies act 1956.

The AGM shall stand adjourned for the next week, same time and same place as per section 174(4), unless a different time and place is decided by the board of directors.
