24 August 2012 I am a CA in practice. I am consultant to a company, which is providing Project Management Services. I am consultant for their Project Finance work.Whether I can give my biodata for participating in work tenders?
Whether I can give my biodata to be displayed in their website.
Pl.guide me.

24 August 2012 YES. You can very well give bio data.... (So long as the company to which you are consultant is not claiming you to be some body else than CONSULTANT... you can always share the web platform without attracting misconduct.) Many a times, what happens is these companies advetise you as EMPLOYEE and then it might cause problem. You must be aware of the LOVELY true & fair nature of your FRATERNITY.
