hello everyone..my final attempt is may 2016 should I take coaching for DT and IDT now or not??

You can start coaching. Amendments made vide Finance Act 2015 and AY 2016-17 will be applicable for May 2016 term.
All the notifications and circulars issued upto 31st October 2015 will be applicable May 2016 exam.

Yes you can start or if you don't want too early you can join it after two to three months..so that more clarification regarding changes will b out
