Whether Co's Amendment Act 2008 will be applicable for Nov 2009 exam? Whether preparation based on Co's Amendment Act 2006 is sufficient? Pls guide.

Dear Geetha, do always rely on Revision Test Paper which will be issued by ICAI on mid of Sept.

As approval of the bill of Companies Amendment Act 2008 is pending, it is not applicable for Nov exams.
