28 June 2016 Dear expertsWife made deposits out of amount of gifted by husband. Interest on deposits are clubbed in husband return of incomeBut TDs was deducted on the interest with wife PAN. Now the husband can claim the tds or wife has to apply for refundPlease help

29 June 2016 if income club in hand of husband then you have to claim the tds in hand of husband.

29 June 2016 In my opinion husband cannot claimed TDS deducted in wife account. Wife has to file ITR to claim refund of TDS.

07 July 2016 TDS WILL BE CREDITED TO HIM WHO WILL DISCLOSE THE INCOME.
