my wife has non taxable income from house property. she has some fd and earned some interest on it. can it club in my income. i have taxable income. plz suggest. thx

from where she got money for Fdr? if source is you then yes the said interest will be clubbed to your income and if the source is not you then no clubbing..

the origin/source of income of your wife will play the role of Clubbing or non clubbing

since property is owned by you, the rental income shall be clubbed in your income.

she got some commission and tds deducted by thw giver then int. on fd is now also be clubbed in my incone.

No. That is her income. She can file the return for the said "TDS income" and claim the refund , if any
